The easiest way to complete this jump is to simply touch the first red arrow and then let go of all controls. If you are trying to get onto the leet ledge (above the regular finish), you will find that it's important to make your landing into the fling-ramp perfect. You should be landing as close to the top of it as possible by positioning yourself in midair using the left and right strafe keys.
